"FIX THAT SIDE DOOR! I will never stay here in the winter again. The whole first floor was totally miserable the first couple days. It’s was in the teens outside and felt like 35 degrees in the hallway. Then our heater didnt work, great service moved us to the second floor and this Floridan finally got warm. The heater was the best part of that room. Now, why is there only 2 TOWELS and 2 WASH CLOTHS? Saving money? I think not, just makes it harder on the clientele! 2 towels is crappy...

"They were renovating, but not too much of a problem. It snowed and the parking lot was not cleared. Ice machines were not working other than the first floor. You could hear everything going on in the hallway or around you, so not great for privacy. But the staff were all pleasant the the breakfast was really good."
