"Das Zimmer war bei der Ankunft nicht geheizt. Im Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer hatte es Schimmel. Am Sonntag wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt und das Zimmer nicht gemacht. Die Handtücher wurden nie gewechselt auch nicht auf Anfrage. Das Abendessen war eine reine Katastrophe: mit Haaren im Essen und bei Reklamation keine Reaktion von der Küche und dem Personal!
