"Avoid this rental due to misleading pet fees and hidden charges. The listing claimed that one pet fee was included in the upfront payment and that additional pets would be charged separately after booking. However, after confirming the reservation, the host unexpectedly added a substantial extra pet fee—for just one dog that was supposedly already covered.The property itself is far from what the listing suggests. While the interior renovations are decent, the exterior reflects its past as low-income government housing, and the overall condition does not match the rates being charged. We’ve stayed at beach front rentals in Maui for cheaper than what we were charged. Additionally, be prepared for nonstop barking from the neighbor’s dog, which not only disrupts your stay but it also aggressively lunges at other dogs through a weak fence.To make matters worse, the bunk bed in the rental was unbearably noisy, squeaking with even the slightest movement and making sleep nearly impossible.This experience felt like a money grab, with deceptive policies and unexpected charges that take advantage of guests. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere."
