"The room was very clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar area is very nice and relaxing. I like how the neighbourhood is quiet and still quirky and walkable to many attractions. The only 2 things I can suggest is a better signage for the luggage room and someone to give a quick sweep and mop in the lifts overnight as people go to their rooms with take away spilling drinks and food."

"Great location, super easy access to everything via Victoria station and underground. Perfect for Gatwick Express. Staff were helpful and friendly. Great breakfast. Complimentary mini bar with lollies for the kids. Good food and cocktails downstairs at The Soak. The doorman adds a quintessentially English touch. We loved it. "

"I was so comfortable here that I really hated leaving to return home. First, the staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. Second, the breakfast was great and had a good variety of choices to create a full breakfast and then some. It was clean and smelled nice. Third, the location was perfect: easy walking distance to trains, buses, taxis always there, the theatres, Covent Garden (fabulous), landmarks, restaurants and many stores including grocery express and some clothing stores. The only drawback was that there was not a socket to plug my hair dryer and flat iron in in the bathroom - even with the adapter. In the room there are charging ports, some international sockets and American appliance sockets. Haxell's the internal restaurant was awesome. Joe Allens - a theatre themed restaurant has an entrance into the hotel. "
