"Spa lovely although not enough chairs when busy. Found mattress really hard and uncomfortable in room and sheets were not as good as premiere inn, scratchy. Also shirt of amenities you would expect such as shower cap, washcloth, bathroom amenities. In room hairdryer was cheap and took ages to dry, shame as could be really good, it’s like the spend all the money in the spa but not other little things you would expect when paying £160 per night "

"Staff Very polite and helpful ,food in the morning was very good,, cleaning staff did an excellent job keep the room and facilities clean. The swimming pool was a nice bonus which i used first thing in the morning. Would recommend this hotel."

"My wife and I spent three nights here as we were in the area for my late father’s funeral. We had chosen the hotel for the wake due to the location and excellent facilities for such an event and due to the fact that as a family, we had often dined in the Passage House Inn just down the hill, so the area held some special memories for us.
