"The staff, location, and appearance are great. The showers are extremely dangerous. The way they are configured to be "step up and in" as well as porcelain without heel grips makes them deadly to the elderly. Furthermore, the soap dispenser, while very convenient, can leak directly onto the porcelain creating even more dangerous conditions. This must be corrected or someone will be severely hurt."

"Absolutely wonderful! The room was perfect for our needs. It was clean and roomy so we did not feel cramped at all. Parking was available a very short way from our room. They served a wonderful breakfast with typical German fare. And we had dinner there in the evening. The food, service and atmosphere were all perfect!! We loved the entire experience!! "

"We requested 2 single beds as travelling with my son. When got our room there was a double bed with 2 duvets. We asked about 2 single beds and was told it was a bed for 2 people! Also bad planning on my behalf booking a hotel in Germany on the opening night of the euro's. Especially as Germany won, it was loud until around midnight. Breakfast was ok"
