"the staff were sweet and helpful and i dont speak chinese. it made me feel at home where i can be safe. i lost my key card and they replaced it without any hassle or fee. the cleaning lady was the sweetest ensuring i had new water every day. its very close to the convention centre and the value is amazing. i hope i can come back again to royal star apartments. 🍀🙏🍀"

"Excellent hotel on the eastern edge of the Tianhe shopping district, with many big shopping malls and dining options within just a few minutes' walk. The hotel itself is very well equipped, nicely maintained and extremely comfortable. We found the beds particularly comfortable and the bathrooms spotlessly clean. Desk staff were polite, helpful and spoke decent English, which is not always the case in China. I would certainly stay at Oakwood Premier again when visiting Guangzhou."

"i use this hotel , over a period of many years. Location to central area good, for food , metro & tourism. Bed mattress & pillows have been updated, in my room 1#01. Laundry facilites have been removed , in last 3~4 wks & update is unknown, atm. Even though property interior feels “dated”, staff are friendly enough. Mandarin & Cantonese is used. English = unknown. I would use this hotel again , in future."
