"Noise: the hotel plays club music in the open courtyard 8-11pm where old male guests try to dance with youbg belly dancers. The walls are so thin you can hear entire conversations next door so with that kind of music you wont be ablw tonsleep. Staff refuse to tuen it down. If you have tours scheduled early (some tours depart around 5am), you'll be exhausted. Worsr cuatomer service I've ever experienced where the stafd will hang up on you and ignore you for an hour when youre standing right in...

"This was a much different experience from other more charming locations and lodgings throughout Turkey, such as in Selcuk, much more like Las Vegas with a large banquet room for dinner and breakfast and little charm. The dinner was adequate but the breakfast, as other reviews indicate, included leftovers from dinner and did not include fresh coffee or juice. The spa is only open after 12:00 PM but is well arranged w/ salt room, sauna, thermal pool. "

"We booked the hotel for it's thermal pool. We enjoyed the hot springs in the evening and also wanted to use the pool in the morning, but was told it opens at 10am! However, when we went out for breakfast, we found guests were in pool at 8am. Not sure why the staff told us the wrong time for pool hours. Anyway, we missed the chance to enjoy the hot springs in the morning since we needed to check out after breakfast. "

"During 3 weeks' travel in Italy, Greece and Turkey, this was by far the best hotel I stayed in. Set on a hill overlooking a working vineyard and winery, the hotel is gorgeous. My room was immaculate and it was clear that despite the fact that like many hotels in Turkey, the staff don't speak any English, they go out of their way to make weary travelers feel at home. I would definitely stay there again."
