The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day. As a Centre for exploring the Pyrenees it is difficult to fault.

Lovely hotel in great location
This is a charming hotel in a beautiful village in the Pyrenees. It is within easy walking distance to the village with the area being a Mecca for cyclists. There is some amazing scenery all around and this hotel is within driving distance of the Col du Tourmalet and Pic du Midi, both well worth a visit. The food in the hotel was great, plenty of it, reasonably priced and very tasty. Above all what makes this hotel so special is the staff who are all very helpful and friendly. I'd definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

A recommander sans hésitations
Séjour dans cet hotel pour un week-end. Hotel idéalement situé en fond de vallée permettant le choix des stations de Barèges/La mongie, ou Gavarni, ou Luz-Ardiden. Accueil très chaleureux et séjour parfait. Hotel très propre, excellent rapport qualité/prix et bar très convivial et chaleureux avec grande cheminée. Situé dans village de Luz St Sauver très dynamique et très chaleureux.

Un hôtel familial très bien situé
L'hôtel était agréable mais on regrettera le manque de chaines TV (2)qui ne fonctionnaient pas toujours. Quant au repas, il était très bon et bien préparé.

Les hôteliers sont très sympathique , la chambre était un peut étroite pour trois, après une journée de ski, un bon bain s'imposait sauf que plus d'eau chaude !!!! Chaudière en panne. Après 2 h enfin de l'eau chaude, mais vue l'heure une douche vite fait pour aller dîner au restaurent de l'hôtel. Menu un peut cher, mais que du fait maison excellent, en gros un bon séjour.
