"Our stay at Discovery Lodge was fantastic! The location was close to everything in town and only about 40 mins from the rockies, while mere minutes from downtown and the Stanley Hotel. The room was clean and our balcony had a beautiful mountain view. We woke up every morning to watch the sunrise and loved seeing the sunsets as well. A bonus was all the elk and deer we saw at the lake on the property! The room rates were really well priced and worth every penny. We will definitely be coming back...

"The cabin was very clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable and the back patio was really nice. The location was close and convenient to Estes Park and RMNP. The bathroom was very large and we had a jet tub, which was really nice, but the shower portion did not work well. My husband is 6'3 and the shower portion was extremely low. I am 5'7" and it was too short even for me. If you are ok with just taking baths, it is a really nice tub. "

"Staff were very nice. I liked the communication leading up to stay. Rooms could use updating, but beds were comfortable and for most part room was clean. However, vacuums won't get to edges of floor boarding and there was a layer of dust/dirt/particles you see every time climbing in to the bed. Aside from that small thing, I'd recommend the stay."
