"Positive - Staff extremely helpful and patient. Wonderful situation, well appointed rooms. Splendid breakfast buffet. Negative - Evening bar service oddly could not provide de-caffeinated coffee. Slope and cobbles to access entrance ie not ideal for disabled or elderly guests. Overall - loved it, would go back like a shot. "

"I highly recommend this hotel. The location was walking distance to an adorable market, the rooms were very large and comfortable, all with spectacular views, and the food is to-die for. Seriously, the food was absolutely incredible. The breakfast buffet actually had a lovely spread, room service was prompt and the food was plated like you were eating in a nice restaurant, which is rare for room service, and the actual restaurant on-site was Michelin level quality and presentation. The indoor pool was having maintenance done during our stay and our kids were really bummed about that, but the hotel more than made up for it with sweets for them and champagne for the adults. the staff really went above and beyond, and we were all very impressed. "

"Love this resort, we did enjoy it at its off season; the weather was mild at the end of November and only got 1 rainy day. Staff is friendly and helpful. We have a lovely 2 bedroom suite and kitchen and living rm, the only thing I would have to say is that we kept having issue with internet and that was do to the room’s router which they replace a day after we arrived."
