The shared unit is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with a walking and biking path along the Willamette River and a pond with plenty of wildlife. It's conveniently located next to shops and restaurants, as well as the mall, within a 5 minute drive. With a car, you can reach just about any part of Eugene in about 10-15 minutes!

Amenities include: WiFi, blackout curtains, washing machine and dryer in-unit, smart TV (to watch Netflix or Hulu on), an office chair with a foot rest and massage/heat capabilities, central A/C and heating, and more. At the apartment complex, there is a 24/7 fitness room, and a pool that is open during the spring/summer.
