"It's a large home with bedrooms, games, stairwells, and even a suite in a stand-alone building all over the place. The driveway is tight and rough. But it does lead to a small trail and a private beach. My big complaint would be the upstairs shower. Ick. The town is small and interesting. It is a great place to be to see the most of the multiple redwood parks."

"It has a "loving" lived-in feel. All the classy 2 closets, large bath, sky-lit design of the 2000s. It has a life to it, you can feel that people enjoyed this house, grandpa and grandma lived here when they were young. Now the family lives next door - I hope they don't mind me mentioning this because it made me feel safe knowing they were right next door in a place where there is no cell signal. There is a jacuzzi inside that I didn't use this time. Now a hut tub in the back would be...

"Love the area. Enjoyed our stay. We survived the earthquake, and tsunami warning was exciting. Only issue was wood stove hard to get heated with wet wood provided. Could use another space heater. "

"So glad we found this spot. It was perfect for our elopement in Stout Grove, as it was just a 5 minute drive down the road. The house had everything we needed to cook dinner, play some games together and just relax. The house was clean and welcoming when we arrived. Although we had no issues and didn’t need to contact the host. I believe there would be no issues if we had to. Check in/out was effortless and I would definitely rent again if we’re ever in the area again. "

"Came into town for a quick trip to hike a few spots in the redwoods. The home was perfect for us, easy to find, clean, and comfortable. Appreciate it being pet friendly, and the fenced in backyard was a plus. "

"Fun and interesting decor. Access road is rough, but easily doable. Beds were very cozy and comfortable. Kitchen is small, but has more than you'll need in the way of condiments and spices. Very nice cabin, especially when the weather is stormy."

"It would have been more enjoyable if it was summer! Especially the hot tub in the backyard was great since the backyard is the part of redwood forest. We couldn't use it since it was cold. Clean and beautiful, but it feels smaller than the pictures posted. The bedroom on the rooftop is so cramp. The windows without shades in the bedroom bothered me. No shampoo provided. Overall great property!"

"Trinidad is a hidden gem with beautiful views and beaches. The house was exactly as pictured in a nice neighborhood with views and close to local shops, grocery store and restaurants. It was very comfortable for our family of 6 but lacked some basics I've come to expect like at least a minimal amount of alum foil, plastic wrap, sugar etc. Not even a salt shaker! I also would have appreciated a bottle of cleaning fluid. The only thing provided was 2 rolls of paper towel, trash bags and a 2 oz....
