Quiet little place close to everything
We enjoyed our time staying at the property. The mattress was more firm than we're used to and we found we were stiff in the mornings BUT that doesn't impact the overall quality of the accommodation. It's a very very nice little place

Perfect spot to enjoy Eureka!
We have been to Eureka Springs many times and really enjoy being able to stay downtown so we can walk to shop, eat, and meet all kinds of people. This cottage is perfect for that if you are looking for a small place with parking (always a plus!). First time booking this property but will definitely do it again. Aspen is a great host!

Eureka Springs 66 Center Studio
Nothing but praise for this rental. The Studio is about the size of a hotel room but with a shockingly large/well stocked bathroom. Very centrally located- great walkability to many restaurants/shops/historic sites. Have stayed at The Crescent in the past and was grateful to have a spot in the middle of the hill so we could easily drop off purchases and take a breather in the AC or on the adorable deck before hiking back out in the heat:) The bar next door (Chelsea's) has a fun atmosphere and delicious pizza. Did not try the food truck in adjoining public parking lot but the people watching was great all day and after dark! Extra super plus to have a lot for 66 Center guests. I look forward to booking the Carriage House next time just to check that out, or the Main House if it's a double (or triple!) date. Aspen was very responsive and everything made sense.

Noisy neighbor
We did not sleep 1st 3 nights as guy in studio attached was noisy with music and tv all night. He stopped when my husband asked him to be quiet. Shower was only luke warm. Dark inside, needs bright paint. Stone blacks on ground around gate are a huge trip hazard,i almost twisted my ankle. We wont stay again.

Nice Stay
The property was clean, well maintained, and it was easy to get in touch with property manager. I will say we were under the impression that we would have the entire building, and I was aware it was small. It turns out, the other half of the building is a business. It was fine because they were there during the day as we were gone during the day. My main complaint in the noisiness, which I know cannot be controlled. The parking to the construction side of the building is a paid lot, so at night time we could almost always hear something going on. Wednesday and Thursday night weren't bad at all, but it did not quiet down until around 1 am Friday night.

Nice stay in Eureka Springs
We had a wonderful time, the property was very close to the main streets in town for shopping and dining. Lots of steep hills! Only problem we had was finding the site initially... the address is the property name! :)

Cute little place in center of Eureka Springs
This place, located in the center of town was perfect for our trip to Eureka Springs. Comfortable beds, lots of towels and nice decor contributed to our stay. A few caveats, it’s close to a bar, which you can hear late at night and because of the humidity, it had a slight mildewy smell. Aspen, the owner was easy to reach and was helpful.
