"What a magical experience.. we love the East village,, it’s quiet and the staff are super friendly and helpful.. from beginning to end we were satisfied with the service, food in the dining area, the bell boy service.. the excursions are in the west side but we love East side more.. we saw the Aurora 3 nights of our 4 nights stay .. and yes their aurora alarm works.. we came here not for the convenience but for the REAL igloo experience and we are glad we did it.. thank you,, our winter vacation...

"Feldon Valley is a beautiful place to stay if you’re wanting to explore some of The Cotswold villages. Or if you’re into golfing! The restaurant is a must at least one night of your stay. "I absolutely loved my stay here! The location is fantastic, offering stunning views of Henningsvær, and the staff were amazing—friendly and super helpful. My only small issue was that my room was on the second floor, which made it a bit tricky to carry bags up the stairs. However, everything else was wonderful, and I’m already planning to return on my next trip to Norway."

"This place is in a great location for the town and where we were headed. The room was described as premium twin room but unfortunately i would remove the word premium, it needs a lot more work. But for what we needed, a bed near to the town it was OK. Bed was comfy but if i can suggest anything it would be to look at things like curtains (ours were hanging off the window) general cleanliness dust and cobwebs...and a paint job. "The location is closed to the main cable car station, just 3 mins walk. Very clean and comfortable. The design of the shower room is not very good, I have to put my clothes and towel outside the shower room otherwise all will get wet. I suggest the shower room should install a space for towel. The ski locker area is convenient but there is little bit dark and also the ski room is not as good as the signinahotel’s ski room. "A convenient place to stay, just a short walk from the train station. The room was nicely decorated and although advertised as cosy, it was fairly spacious. The bed was comfortable and more than sufficient amenities for a few nights stay. The bathroom could’ve been cleaner and the shower wasn’t very hot or powerful. "We stayed on the 28th December 2024 for our son’s 13th Birthday. We stayed in the Hekla dome, and all we can say is WOW!!!!! The dome is amazing, the view is amazing, the experience was amazing. Our two kids (9 &13) loved the bunk bed and whilst cosy it wasn’t cramped even with four of us. "This property was wonderfully convenient to the bus and train stop…I mean within 2-3 minutes. That was so nice. And it was clean and the door locked and we had the things we needed.
