"The stay was great, staff are excellent. The room was lovely and clean, slight down was the walls were marked but everything that could be cleaned was spotless. I marked down as on our last morning there was no hot water, this was due to their boiler breaking down so not a fault of the hotel, the reception apologised and said that we were welcome to use the showers in the spa! But unfortunately it was freezing outside and it's a bit of a walk to the spa so a cold wash had to do!! Will stay there...

"The hotel is literally in the center of town, and the facade and bar are charming. The churches and shopping nearby are lovely. The staff is friendly and very helpful. If you are there to see a football game, the stadium is an easy 20ish minute walk away, and you will be in good company walking with other fans. "Parking was nightmare. Had to park in the dark, muddy, wet car park and walk to the reception getting covered in mud. Went for a drink in the bar and the girl who didnt speak very good english had the personality of a dead fish. Then when we tried to sleep the room was boiling and the windows didn't open so had an awful nights sleep. Breakfast took ages and we had to watch a group be sat, served and fed before ours turned up. Won't be back but it wasn't a bad hotel. "

"Rooms very spacious. Very nice array of teas and coffees. Was a bit dark in the room, and hard to work out how to get any lights on - have to go round and individually turn lamps on and there was no hall light near the door so hard to see how to control the heating - not a major issue but a bit odd for a nice hotel. Also could do with USB ports for charging. Parking is very limited, this should be made clearer on the advert - they emailed about it after but you can't cancel then. It's also...

"Stayed for 2 nights, the hotel is great, fun and quirky. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and a great size. The hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of action, parking is in the near by Pepper Street car park, the hotel gives you 50% off so not bad at all. Would definitely recommend "
