"Slightly disappointed with the standard of cleanliness in our room. One of the cups was dirty on the rim, thick dust on the room phone by the bed and bedside table, hairs in the bath and shelf in the bathroom. For a 4 star rating by the AA we would have expected to have had a duvet cover that hadn't come appart in several places. The wall paper in the room was also bubbled and seamed to be coming away from the wall in a couple of areas which spoilt our overall opinion. On the plus side the view...
