"The building is beautiful and the room I had was nice. The manager was not great. They had asked when I would be arriving, and I called and left a message and also texted, but when I got there I stood outside for over 10 min in the cold. Rang doorbell twice and texted. You're not allowed to wear shoes. Shared bath, and make sure you don't touch anything or leave anything, including your towels. There were no hand towels. I felt like an intruder, not a guest. "

"EVERYTHING was Fantastic. Staff was superb. Particularly Kayla, my new best friend. And Meghan, bartender at the lounge, open Thurs-Sat nights. One of the best lobbies I've ever seen for looks, atmosphere, and ability to sit quietly. You could walk around the hotel for an hour; so much history. Wide range of dining options within. 02/mile. Easy parking, walking distance to many shops, museums, etc. And if you like fresh sushi, ask staff for directions to Co-op. Definitely check out the boardwalk...
