Resort Style Home With Luxury Amenities - Lighted Pool, Tennis Pickleball Court

Resort-style home with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and luxury kitchen. The 1.5 acres have lots of privacy and amenities, including a large pool, spa, lighted tennis (2 pickleball) court, basketball hoop, citrus trees, bar-b-q, outdoor dining, and seating areas. Beds for 12 adults. Airstream trailer with 2 beds and 3/4 bath available for an extra $90 per night. Baby and kid-friendly items are available. Workout equipment. Office desk & printer.

The fee to heat the pool to 80 degrees is $50 per day from June 1 to September 15, and $90 per day from September 16 to May 31. There is no fee to heat the spa.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood where loud noise after 9 PM quickly generates calls to law enforcement or VRBO. DJ equiptment and bringing your own stereo equiptment or sound systems is probibited.
