The bed was amazing - very comfortable, the sheets and bedding were of extremely nice quality, the pillows were very nice.

No front desk person insight at any given time, unsafe room remodel work. Nothing hot in breakfast,if you can count the waffle maker. Bed bugs found. No follow up by manager when I finally reached her after two messages she said my claim basically wasn’t credible? Like I carry bed bugs in a sealed jar to scam the hotel. Manager seemed like she was annoyed that I had finally reached and and had to deal with the issue. I wasn’t expecting the entire stay refunded but one night would have made me feel satisfied with my inconvienece. I would not recommend

They don’t have the room I booked and paid for. Had to take a different room. Was told at the front desk I could feel free to go somewhere else. After I had already paid. Expedia and I both made repeated attempts to contact the management to no avail. The hallway smelled of marijuana. I had to clean the AC filters in my room because they were caked with filth and it didn’t function properly. Breakfast was a joke. Definitely would not recommend!

The room is spacious and they have a futon. But the mattress is stained, pillows are lumpy, the sink is sluggish and the toilet was constantly plugging up. No wonder there was a plunger by the toilet. Everytime we used it, we have to unclog with the plunger. At some point i poured shampoo and hot water to unclogged it. It took a good 10 minutes before the water went down. We wont be staying at this hotel again.

This hotel was not as advertised. It looked like there may have been some upgrades but it was old and mattress was full of stains. Hotel smelled. Front desk was helpful and fully willing to try and switch rooms and ultimately willing to not charge. We ended up leaving for a different hotel

It was a nice hotel.One thing it didn’t have was an elevator so you had to carry your luggage up stairs.

The location was convenient to the mall. We arrived mid afternoon and no one was at the desk. We rang on the phone per the sign. The staff member sounded like we woke them from a slumber and said to hold a minute. 11 minutes later she arrived at the desk. The bed frames are metal and you feel like you're sleeping on a futon - metal clinking noises and all. The freezer/fridge was frozen solid and the door barely closed because of the amount of ice and frost build up. The room was otherwise spacious. The bathroom had someone's toe or finger nail clippings in the bathtub. There was a ring of mold/mildew around the sink where the counter and sink connect (under mount). There was a ball of hair behind the bathroom door. Overall cleanliness was poor. There were quite a few homeless people walking the street in front, even during the day. We would choose another hotel next visit.
