The bed was too soft for me, but that's a personal preference. The room was clean, juice machine was working this time, breakfast was okay.

Clean and quiet. Staff were kind and helpful. We had to stay another night due to a snowstorm rolling through and they were very accommodating. The breakfast was not as great, but it was most likely due to the bad snowstorm and lack of resources.

Breakfast used to be great! Hardly anything left by 7 am! No eggs, potatoes cold , sausage undercooked, no syrup for waffles coffee and juice watered done. Too bad! Beds amazing and very comfortable

Good but fishy
Service and personnel were great. Hotel room smelled like rotten fish, the fridge had unknown liquid in it causing the odor. The front desk was made aware of the issue upon leaving, housekeeping should have noticed this. The room and hotel was clean.
