"Lovely hotel with updated rooms, excellent breakfast buffet, great location. Easy to walk or inexpensive Uber available. My heater did not work but after a very chilly first night they moved me to another room. My only complaint is that I told them early in the morning but the matter was not resolved until 1600. "

"What was great? The hotel really could not be better sited. The room was excellent, and the staff were always helpful. Breakfast was varied and good value - all with a pianist! What wasn’t so great? Like a lot of other hotels, they seem obsessed with getting your email at check-in, so I hope they keep to their promise not to send me spam. Poor luck on my part, but I timed my trip (unknowingly) for when they were doing some noisy building work - albeit only during the day. "

"We booked the last room expecting shared bathrooms and ended up with a large suite with a private bathroom. Not much interaction with staff, but the were friendly, it’s a little far from old town, (15 minute walk) but was quite charming. Located in a residential area. Breakfast was bread, cereal, nada, fruit. The rooms were charming and clean. "
