"Perfect location in Bath, easy walking distance to the baths, historic sites and shopping. Hotel has great sized rooms and a very comfortable bed. It's not an historic hotel, but sometimes air conditioning, functional lobby and a great free breakfast can be very welcome. "

"My flight was delayed 3 hours and instead of arriving at the hotel at midnight it was nearly 3.30 am. I had sent a message to the hotel to advise them and received an acknowledgement to say that there would not be a problem. I was so relieved to get there and was greeted at reception and able to get to my room quickly. It was lovely and clean and very comfortable I could not have been happier. The breakfast in the morning was also very welcome. I will definitely stay here again if I have an early or late flight. It is an excellent addition to the airport. Thank you!"

"All areas of the hotel were in clean and good condition, looking like a recently refurbished mid range hotel. The room was likewise in a good condition, but from a functionality perspective it excelled. Plug sockets and usb sockets either side of the bed. Sockets for where you would work at the desk. A mirror behind the desk to suit those doing their make-up, and a full length wall mirror too. This was a room that had anticipated and met all of the needs we had and more. I can't tell you how rare that is. The staff were great. They had a very customer-focused approach and I can't fault them."
