"Great hotel in new romney perfect base to get around my room was perfect comfortable bed tea and coffee and a bottle of water waiting for me in my room lovely and warm specially with it being cold outside shower was great and the tv reception was amazing with everything you would want to watch tne pub was great also with a friendly atmosphere the breakfast was brilliant all cooked perfectly by pete the manager i will definitely be staying again so if anyone is looking to stay in the area then...

"Needed a stay over for a friends birthday party, was recommended the Queen Philippa, I can understand why, it ticked all the boxes along with such friendly, helpful staff. Only slight negative which didn’t affect me was the small parking area, but to counter that they do have electric hook up which I didn’t need, but worth pointing out. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and if the need arises would stay there again. "

"Disappointing stay (Joss room) which was a shame as location was perfect for me. Shower was broken, was offered communal shower but on close inspection I decided not to use. Blind in room doesn’t close properly, lots of light coming in, very noisy fountain out front which you can still hear with windows closed. Very poor Wi-Fi. Pub itself was lovely, staff friendly, no food on Mondays though."
