"The rooms were pretty shabby. I can't imagine actually cooking in the kitchen, as it was rather dirty and the cooker looked extremely decrepit. Much of the grass was waterlogged and full of mud outside. Having said that, the pool was pretty nice. The staff running the bar/cafe were friendly, and the breakfast is pretty good. Make sure to get a room on the 1st floor facing the pool, apparently the other rooms have yucky views. Also, they say they have A/C, but in our room it was only in the...

"The property is right on Barbati beach which was 50m walk from our door. The staff were amazing, we also extended our stay and they were most accommodating. Its about 10 minutes to ipsos where there are countless restaurants and bars. Supermarkets are everywhere, scooter hire as well. Planning to return in the near future. "

"What a property and location. We were blessed with 23-25C sunny days for all of our tens days at Dinos' villa in late October-early November. This meant that we could maximise our use of the excellent outside facilities and especially the pool which was warm enough to swim in with ease (as was the sea). "The apartment was everything we needed. The views were breathtaking, and we were a two minute walk from a beautiful, quieter beach. Everything was clean. There was a kettle and electric stove so we could make our own food some nights. Next door is a mini-market, and above the flat is a very nice restaurant (serving some vegan appetisers). 15-20 minute walk from the bus stop into town, which is quite hilly, and you'll work up a slight sweat in the heat- but definitely doable!
