The Space:
This room is equipped with a fully functional kitchenette with a 2 top electric burner, toaster oven & air-fryer combo, in-unit washer & dryer, a 56” flat screen TV with Roku device for your entertainment needs. You'll also find controllable wall AC/heat units, lightning-fast WiFi, steamers, a cozy dining area with a small table and chairs, and coffee maker to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with the Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso “Boarding Pass” with your Guest Access
information.

The Enso Connect guest verification process will require:
- Signing of rental agreement
- ID and selfie uploads

A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost as it covers more than just minor wear and tear. For reservations longer than 30 nights, a refundable security deposit will also be required. Please note that this does not apply to Airbnb reservation.

Enjoy a complimentary starter kit of guest supplies, including coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Additional supplies are the guests responsibility.
• Cancellations made within 5 days before check-in will receive a full refund minus the 4% credit card processing fee. A refund will not be given for in-stay cancellations for any remaining nights (with the exception of Airbnb)
