"Reception communicated any queries and problems during our travels and had no problems allowing us to pay for late checkout the following day. Bed, lounge and pillows were all comfortable and its close to shops. The only downside was we could hear every footstep and other noises from the room upstairs. Saying that this will definitely be my motel of choice when in Kempsey."
