"Everything was good! Able to use Airplay, Netflix! Except the fruits bar @ breakfast, gave us tummy upset & diarrhoea. All staffs are very nice very kind. Including the front line-counter and the restaurant staff! We extended few more days for the stay. "

"Excellent hotel, great location. 10 minutes from the airport So close to many quality dining options. As well as the night markets, main shopping precinct. Pool is great. Our 3rd trip to Cairns, 2nd time staying at the Shangri La and would again. Highly recommend."

"This is a quiet, comfortable hotel with a friendly staff. It is beautifully landscaped and the beds are especially comfortable. Lots of places to relax around the pool area. I would stay here again without hesitation."
