Centrally located 2BR/1.5BA bungalow w/garage located 3 miles down Route 66 to downtown and NAU. Fully remodeled in Summer 2022 w/high speed internet, Samsung Smart TVs in bedrooms & living room, updated appliances. Full size washer & dryer. Easy access to mountain bike and hiking trails, sites and museums. Great home base for day trips to the Grand Canyon, Oak Creek, Sedona, and the Snowbowl. Fenced yard features Adirondack chairs, picnic table, firepit, and BBQ grill.

Slick 2022 remodeled 2 bedroom with 1.5 baths and a one-car garage that boasts extra storage and a full size washer and dryer. The home features a fully fenced yard with Adirondack chairs, fire pit and charcoal BBQ. Inside the home, you'll find the living room with fireplace and 55" Samsung Smart TV, two sofas (long enough to sleep on; they do not fold out into beds), and a club chair. The oversized eat-in kitchen is well equipped with cookware, new 2022 appliances and a dining table w/seating for 4 plus 2 spare chairs in the garage. The large master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite half bath. The second bedroom also features a king bed. This bungalow is an end unit with no one above or below in a three-home building. The living spaces share no common walls. We LOVE dogs and they stay free.

The whole house is yours as well as the fully fenced yard.

Flagstaff visit
We spent 5 nights in rental and found the management to be very responsive, bringing hangers, blankets and garage door openers when we asked. The house is very comfortable however, outside area is not actually very functional. Having a garage is a plus in both convenience and security. The only negative would be the sketchy neighborhood, perhaps something will be done to correct this in the future.

Weekend getaway.
We found this little place to enjoy the fall weather and enjoy some music concerts at NAU. What an awesome little place. Perfect for our family and puppies. The dog run is perfect in the back. The garage was awesome for the cold rainy days. The decor is adorable. The space was clean and cozy. We loved everything about our stay, walking distance to coffee and breakfast. We can’t wait to go back.

Enjoyed our work/vacation in Flagstaff
We enjoyed our extended work-vacation stay in this cute little bungalow. The home was clean and comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood that is very walkable to nearby restaurants, diners, and coffee, and a short drive to downtown Flagstaff and grocery stores. Nearby was a trail up to the AZ Trail and Buffalo Park, which we enjoyed immensely. Hope to make it back here for another stay next year.

Thank you for a super cute, clean and dog friendly place. A few houses in the immediate area are rundown. I know you can’t control that and your place stands out and is well cared for. The neighborhood was quiet during my stay during the week. I’m a safety nut and I wished the door from the kitchen into the garage had a lock. I suggest updating the checkin and checkout info on your page since you changed the lock to the Defiant brand. Otherwise, my dog and I enjoyed your place. Thank you!

Great little house
This property is adorable. The owners have taken a great deal of time and care in decorating and stocking their vrbo. My only request for next time, although the kitchen was fairly stocked, would be a large salad bowl. We found ourselves needing this item for salad, chips, and baking. All the upgrades to make you feel right at home. Beds were fantastic! Needs a grill and a few more utensils, glasses and dishes, but otherwise well appointed.

Wonderfully Renovated Home
This cozy home was perfect for the 4 of us. The owner has done a beautiful job with upgrades, down to the tiniest of details. My daughter left items behind by mistake and Rich was so kind and accommodating to arrange for us to retrieve. You don't always see kindness and caring like this with some rentals.
