Precisam se reestruturar aos horários check-in/out
Quarto confortável e bom atendimento dos recepcionistas. Porém, corredores do hotel bem sujos e bagunçados, café da manhã muito simples e o ponto mais negativo é que o horário do check-out é às 11h (muito cedo) sendo que na maioria dos hotéis é 12h e, mesmo chegando às 15h o quarto não estava pronto. Detalhe: não era só o meu quarto, haviam dezenas de hóspedes aguardando também. Ou seja, é um hotel que "exige" um horário muito mais cedo de saída e mesmo assim não consegue cumprir com suas obrigações e entregar o quarto no horário proposto de entrada.

Quarto limpo e confortável. Ambiente agradável e funcionários muito solícitos. Café da manhã muito bom. Tivemos problemas com o horário do check-in, que atrasaram 1h50m para disponibilizar os quartos, mas permitiram a compensação na saída (de apenas 1 quarto, o outro tivemos que fazer o check out no horário pré determinado). Nos 2 primeiros dias não foi colocado kit de banheiro. No geral, o hotel é muito bom e, se não fosse estresse do check-in, teria sido perfeito.

O quarto era grande e confortável, mas o banheiro exalava um cheiro de esgoto muito forte. Embora tenha pedido varias vezes para verificarem o problema, ninguém apareceu para solucionar, no desepero eu mesmo tive que vedar o local onde saia o mau cheiro. Serviço de limpeza é desorganizado, sempre vem fazer a limpeza no momento que estamos dentro do quarto. Passamos 7 dias no hotel e a roupa de cama não foi trocada, embora solicitado. As toalhas foram trocadas mediante solicitação, porém forneciam apenas uma toalha de rosto para o casal. Funcionários mal humorados, abrindo exceção ao Giovane, Damiel e Adriano. Café da manhã desorganizado, faltam produtos o tempo todo. Embora tenha orientações para o controle da covid19, não há fiscalização. Pessoas deixam de usar mascaras e luvas na linha de servir, algumas vezes os próprios funcionários do refeitório deixam de usar os ítens de prevenção. A localização é uma das melhores na praia de canasvieiras.

Gostei do atendimento do pessoal da recepção e da prontidão para resolver os “problemas” que tive no quarto . Limpeza deixou a desejar , e o chuveiro precisei que fossem no quarto para arrumar , a primeira vez pq os buraquinhos do chuveiro estavam entupidos e saia pouca , depois pq não saia água do chuveiro, o abridor estava emperrado . No mais ... gostei dos funcionários da recepção .

O quarto tinha cheiro de mofo, foi reformado, deixaram encanamentos expostos, o café da manhã muito fraco, qto a recepção, na chegada tivemos ótima impressão, com a gentileza do funcionário, porem na saída, tive que levar 3 malas ao estacionamento, sem nenhuma ajuda.
