False advertising
The room we got had no resemblance whatsoever with the pictures on hotels.com It appeared like a totally different hotel. Never in my life have I witnessed such a big difference between advertisement and product. I would never book here again.

Preço razoável, com atendimento fraco ou precário. Quarto com acabamento envelhecido e sujo com janelas quebradas. Cama sem cabeceira e colchão em mau estado. Lençóis encardidos e manchados, assim como as toalhas. Banheiro sujo, sem janela nenhuma (sem ventilação). Cheiro ruim no banheiro. Iluminação do quarto com algumas lâmpadas queimadas e TV sem imagem plausível.

Hotel extremamente velho mau cuidado com cheiro de mofo o quarto nao tinha cortinas o q deixava extremamente claro a noite. Tv so pega globo muito antigo tdo velho necessita urgente reforma. Pessimo atendimento do pessoal. Cobrança de taxas nao informadas no anuncio. Pessimo hotel

HORRÍVEL, SUJO COM BARATA
Desesperador! Não volto mais. Peguei duas noites pois estava na cidade a trabalho. O banheiro era EXTREMAMENTE sujo. O ar condicionado do quarto pingou a noite toda a ponto de eu não conseguir dormir com o barulho da gota caindo no chão de madeira. O vaso sanitário quando cheguei já tinha marcas de fezes. O blinded já estava sujo, indicando que o quarto não foi limpo para o hóspede. Conversei com outras hóspedes do meu andar e informaram que a toalha do quarto delas tinha fezes. Nem que me pagasse eu voltaria nesse lugar. Vc acha que acabou? NÃO. Acordei com uma barata do lado no chão da cama, ENORME! Desesperador. Desci na recepção pra pedir pra alguém matar, vc deveria ver a cara do funcionário de deboche. Falei que dormi com a porta do banheiro fechada que não entendia como tinha barata ali, depois ele disse que eram os móveis antigos. Quando ele saiu olhei em baixo da cama e tinha sujeira onde se notava claramente que nunca havia sido limpo. Reclamei, entrei em contato com a plataforma e não me deram resposta a tempo. Não queria ficar lá pq não tinha condições. Falei na recepção e falaram que iam ver se tinha outro quarto. Voltei e disseram que não tinham outro quarto mas que tinham feito uma boa limpeza. Subi pra ver o quarto e estava exatamente do mesmo estado. Gente, sério, se vc é mulher e está sozinha e tem medo de barata NÃO FIQUE LÁ. Se vc não gosta de ambiente sujo, NÃO FIQUE LÁ. É nojento!!! Absurdo. As fotos não condizem com a realidade. Por fim me mostraram um
