"I don’t receive upgrade benefit even though the hotel was quite empty. The service and staff are excellent. The spa is a great asset. The location couldn’t be better 2 mins walk to the main square. The only real negative was the lobby music which played in the lobby and restaurants. It was a 5 min loop and by the end of our stay was driving us up the wall."
