"Beautiful property and location. Host was very responsive with clear and helpful communication. I stayed for 2 months and felt very comfortable. Outdoor decks for morning coffee. Songbirds. Cozy fireplace or electric heat for cool nights. Cool and shaded by towering redwoods on hot days. Safe large fenced in yard for my pup as well. Peaceful getaway. I’ll remember it fondly."

"We enjoyed this cozy cabin for a weekend girls trip. The cabin gives off an 'old cozy' feel and is definitely secluded. The driveway is VERY STEEP and was a fun adventure getting up. There were plenty of board games/puzzles to play and the kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, pans, utensils, etc. We were unable to use the hot tub but the property manager was really responsive and tried their best to troubleshoot the issue. We enjoyed the quietness of the cabin overall."

"We had a wonderful Christmas week here. Very convenient location Comfortable for 6 adults. Cooked most of our meals here and had plenty of supplies. It rained while we were here so we did not get to enjoy the decks and outdoor area but it would be so fun when the weather cooperated. Redwoods are amazing!"

"This place has all the amenities listed on the site. Upstairs suite with covered patio excellent. Patio off the dining/ entry way is very relaxing, Sauna is great, cooking grill great, kitchen great, very quiet area and walking distance to river is close. All the needed beach amenities are there for your use. I will be back."

"The home is wonderfully furnished and the kitchen is well stocked with tools for cooking. The two bedrooms are well separated, with their own bathrooms, providing plenty of privacy for two couples. The vibe is casual while nice. Not at all tacky. It feels like someone’s real home. The home is on one level with no steps up from the street. Nearby homes require steep stairs. This made for an even easier stay. Super place! Nice hot tub too. "

"The property was clean, wifi reliable, and well supplied. I would note that the driveway past the gate is note an easy drive for low cars which do not have AWD/4WD but there is room in front of the gate for 1-2 vehicles. "

"Our stay in this wonderful Monte Rio home cannot be overstated. We had a thoroughly enjoyable Thanksgiving week here. The home had everything we needed. The hot tub had a few easily solved quirks, but that was it! We stayed warm, ate well, and really enjoyed the area. We hiked along Jenner Headlands Preserve, wine tasting at Lambert Bridge Winery,awesome sandwiches at The Farmer’s Wife in Sebastopol, and attended an extraordinary concert at the Iccidental Center for the Arts. The Russian River...

"Property was beautiful. We totally enjoyed our stay. We actually extended it a night because we were so pleased with the place. The only down side is the one bathroom with access only thru the master suite (which wasn't and issue for us but would be if there were 2 adult couples)."
