"We stay here every year for the Lonestar motorcycle rally and love this hotel! They were experiencing a power outage when we went to check in however all the employees were very helpful and doing their best to assist everyone. I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name who was the Manager in duty however he was outstanding! The rooms were remolded and extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was well appointed. The Hilton is always our choice while staying in Galveston. "

"Our stay was great! The staff was amazing, we arrived to early so our room wasnt ready yet no fault if theirs. It was raining so they recommended us a great place to have lunch and got on getting our room ready. Which we really appreciated. Since it was raining they gave us some ponchos and an umbrella to use. They watched our bags while we walked down the street to get lunch. They truly had that southern hospitality. Hotel was clean and beautiful. Staff all top notch and by far best free...
