The parking holds 2 standard cars in the driveway (not on sidewalk), please do not park any extra cars on the property's grass or the neighbors' grass as there will be a fee of $150 per car. If you have more than 2 cars you can get my permission to park it on the piece of grass in front of the house.
On Tuesday and Friday there will be trash cans pickup on the curbside of the street ( if you come in any day close to those dates you may see the trashcan on the curbside) (you have nothing to worry about or do anything, we leave trashcan for your use in the house)

The TV are smart tv set for you to login into your own apps like Netflix, HBO etc...
NOTE: There is a locked maid’s closet near the bathroom that is used for storage and not accessible to guest
