"This condo was a small space, but it worked for our short visit to New York. If you planned on eating at the condo there isn't actually a kitchen so you can't really cook anything. We couldn't find the thermostat and it was very warm inside but we survived. The place was really clean though and overall was a nice place. "

"The house is on a very quiet street and we had a very nice stay. The communication with the owner for very good. All the beds were comfortable. The rooms themselves were quite small but having a house instead of a hotel room gave us adequate space. We had trouble affording NYC and this fit in our budget Travel time to NYC was 10-15 minutes. Midtown about 20-25 minutes. "
