Seminole Sanctuary is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom mid-island home with a private pool that backs up to a beautiful canal. An open floor plan includes a large great room, a separate dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with bar stools and an island for extra seating. The common space is great for socializing, game playing and connecting with friends and family. This home has been completely renovated and includes brand-new furniture, appliances, and coastal touches throughout. The primary bedroom has a king bed and an attached bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower. There is a queen bed in one guest bedroom and two twin beds in the other guest bedroom, both share a bathroom with a shower/tub combination, perfect for small children. Venturing outdoors, there is a large, covered patio with a screened-in pool. Take in the spectacular sunsets while lounging around the pool. Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. A rental agreement that requires your signature will be emailed to you at the time of booking. The agreement needs to be complete within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation.
Dogs are permitted in most, but not all, properties so please inquire before booking. Some units have restrictions based on the weight, age, or size of the dog; however, 2 is the maximum number allowed. If any unauthorized pet is found in your unit or on the premises, you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of any payments. There is a non-refundable pet fee based on the size of the dog.
You must be at least Twenty-Five (25) Years old and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three (3) years old is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
We provide Contactless Check-in. A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. You will receive your door lock code and check-in instructions through your guest portal and via email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions.
