Sunset Cottages is a low density building with only 19 units on the West end South of Santa Rosa Blvd. The beaches are not crowded in the peak season and owners/renters can enjoy peace and quiet with gorgeous sunsets. Both bedrooms have a balcony with breathtaking views of the Intercoastal Waterway. Enjoy an open floor plan with Living area and kitchen overlooking the pool with another balcony accessed through double French doors.
