This 1 bedroom loft that rests above a doctors office in a quaint apartment building, is a short walk to Magnolia street, home to premier dining in Fort Worth. You will have one of the four upstairs units to yourself in this quiet building. All four units are available for rent through Vrbo, so if there is availability, this is the perfect place to book with friends or colleagues that want to travel together but desire their own space.

There are only 6 suites in the building. 2 are office units and 4 are living spaces. This makes this building nice, relaxed, and quiet. Though you will hear a siren every now and then, since this is in the Medical District.

When you arrive, you may think you’re at an office building, but the loft is located above office space, easily accessible up the flight of stairs.

I have stayed at this property three times in last year and half. It’s a very clean, nice, and well maintained property. The host Andrew if needed responds to you almost immediately if you have any questions. I come to FW a few times a year and I plan on staying at this property. As you can see my review 5 stars across board except location which I have given a four. The location is really good but gave 4 since you get some noise from ambulances since located is in hospital district and there are lot of trash trucks emptying trash like early morning hours (like 2 to 4 am). So it’s a little noisy at times. However this is a very nice and great property. Location is right near Magnolia Street that has a large variety of excellent restaurants. I highly recommend this condo.

Was a nice place close to the convention center. We came for a competition at the convention center so it was nice to come back and make our own food and have a place away from the noise. Would rent this place again. Check in and out very easy!

The loft was clean and well appointed. Communications with the owner prompt and helpful. Strongly suggest you utilize the entry app they recommend. Easy walking distance to several good restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, and bars.

Quiet and restful with access to great food
TAQUERIA SAN ANDRES! Got that out of the way. The property was clean and easily accessible. Pictures were 100% accurate. And the proximity to Magnolia restaurants was prime. 100% recommend staying here.

Nice little spot!
Overall the property was nice, very clean. Location was close to a long if things in Fort Worth. The host was very easy to get ahold of and replied extremely fast. The only downside to this property was its in a very noisy section. Lots of outdoor nose at all hours. Not ideal for a light sleeper. The furniture/bed could of been a little more comfortable. Overall it a good rental.

Second time here
I stayed at this property last July and I stayed again this December for a week. The property is very nice with well stocked kitchen, secure entry through gate, and is in good location just south of downtown Fort Worth. It is very clean with nice decor and includes everything thing you need for your stay. The host answers any questions right away. I will be booking this place again next time I am in town. The only small drawback is you do get some street noise especially ambulances since your in hospital district. However that is only a minor thing.

Long Term Stay
I stayed at this property for 4 weeks while working at the nearby hospital. I felt the property was accurately described, clean, very quiet, and had many things that were helpful for a long term stay(cooking supplies etc). Also, the owner was quick to reply when I had a question. Lastly, I was able to walk to Magnolia street whenever I wanted to head over there for a place to eat. This property was a good location, not too far from anywhere in Fort Worth I wanted to go to. Overall I enjoyed my stay, couldn't have asked for anything else, and would come here again if I needed to return to Fort Worth!

Fantastic place to stay
Centrally located. Nice area (next to a police station). 5 minute uber to downtown. Quiet place because it sits on top of a business. Car and belongings will be safe because people are always coming and going. All around good experience. Oh, the couch is pretty comfortable to sleep on.
