"We loved our stay, just wish we could have stayed longer. We got in later than check in and Mark the owner still came to greet us and help us with our bags. He was so kind and made sure we had everything we needed. We stayed in the black bear hut and it was everything we needed! Definitely small, but we were expecting it to be, and if anything it added to the coziness! The owners thought of everything from snacks, tea, coffee, fresh towels, you name it. "Warm, friendly welcome following helpful pre-arrival communication re the restaurant and food options. We had a lovely stay at this property, our first time at Loch Ness and most eager for it not to be our last! Cosy lounges where we enjoyed platters of smoked salmon, white wine and cheeses paired with whiskey all in front of a roaring fire. Perfect! Comfy beds, lots of hot water and a delicious breakfast all topped off with outstanding customer service, nothing too was much trouble. "

"Staying at this property feels like stepping back into the 1800s. I've never seen so much wood and the decor is really nice. very very friendly staff and though it is a bit rough to get to it is worth the drive. I would stay here again in an instant.
