"Absolutely loved our stay here, one of the best accommodations in town, stunning views from the lobby, clean rooms, friendly staff and great food at the buffet and restaurant. The coffee machine was tops, which it was available for use beyond the breaksfast window after 10am but overall loved it here. I'd definitely stay here when we return"

"This is an excellent hotel in a really nice location. There are lots of excellent shopping and dining options in this area, including a 24 hour laundromat and Woolworths. It's 5 mins from the Queenstown Airport. The in house dining option - Podium is really good. It's also not far from the Frankton Bus Interchange, which is the pickup spot for many tour buses. The Queenstown city center is around 15-20 mins away and I recommend taking an Uber/taxi there because parking can be a pain. Really nice...

Easy 15 walk to city centre, so close to shops, dining etc. We didn’t eat at the onsite restaurant, but bought coffees and the staff were very friendly. Pool, spa, sauna and gym were lovely and great to use after a day out enjoying beautiful Queenstown. Would highly recommend the Heritage Hotel Queenstown. "

The shared kitchen is well maintained and got everything that we needed like pots and pans, plates and cutleries. The staffs are all kind, friendly and accommodating. The place is very convenient and you can walk 10 minutes or less to the QT city center. "
