"The hotel is overpriced. Looked better online than it really is. Still a great hotel, though. Clean and comfortable. The gym is not good, very basic and lacks weights. Same as the sauna - it wasn't even working most of the days I stayed there. The phone in the room wasn't working, so I couldn't call the receptionist anytime. The breakfast is VERY average and super overpriced, it also looked much better online than it truly is. The area though is amazing, very central and easy to get around. "

"Stayed in Berlin for a week and Nena Apartments became a real home. There were some repairs in the laundry room (which we ended up not using after all). No bath tub and no fitted sheets were mildly inconvenient. An instruction how to operate the stove would be helpful, I had to go to ask front desk to help me figure it out"

"I had a wonderful stay at the apartment! It was very clean and comfortable, and I really appreciated how helpful the host was. The cleaning lady is super kind. There’s a well-equipped gym in the building, which was a great bonus. There’s a LIDL conveniently close by for shopping. While the flat is a bit further from the center, the bus station is just a 3-minute walk away, and the S-Bahn is only 10 minutes, so it was easy to get around. Thank you so much for everything!"

"Everything about my stay was absolutely perfect specially the service. There was one small issue though, I know its a small thing but I don't know why the shampoo was empty in my room and my friend's but as I said that was not a big deal. Highly recommended "
