"We rented this cute home which was centrally located, had river access and allowed our dogs. The place was great and well appointed. Abbey was sooooo responsive to all of our needs!! She returned our texts very quickly and even delivered a new coffee maker to us when we realized that there was no carafe for the existing coffee maker. The location adjacent to the river was perfect and even managed a fire in the backyard fire pit for which there was ample firewood supplied. I would not hesitate...

"Great stay at the in town cabin. Plenty of space for our family of 4 plus our dog. Great location. Only thing we didn’t love about it was dealing with North Conway traffic anytime we left to go hike up further north. But heading out early solved that. Overall great stay in a great area!"

"Very nice stay, eight of us stayed for 4 days shortly after Christmas 2024. About 15 minutes outside North Conway. Comfortable, very quiet. We were disappointed that the propane stove in the living room was broken as we picked this home specifically to use that for a cozy family Christmas. Some odd things missing from a relatively well-stocked kitchen, including casserole dishes and pie plates so we ended up having to run to the store to get aluminum foil pans. Overall a very nice home."

"Great location close to downtown perfect for our first getaway as a family of 3! The house was clean and the owner was easy to communicate with when we wanted an early check in. Definitely would recommend and would love to return! "

"We loved, loved, loved our time in this cozy cottage. We roasted marshmallows at the firepit by the dock, we entertained friends with the barbecue and we never ate inside as there's a lovely dining table for six outside with beautiful lakeviews. Our host was communicative and helpful. Directions to the house were difficult for us and our friends but we figured it out. We can't wait to return and make new memories. "

"An absolute 10/10. The property was beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos. A very nice and very quiet area, the property was very clean and well maintained. Loved the hot tub, the fire place, and the overall vibe of the house. Host’s guide was very helpful and the recommendations for local dining were spot on. My wife and I are already planning a return stay, would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back."

"The home is beautiful, so spacious and very clean. We had 5 children aged three and under in our party, and the amenities for small children (changing tables, gates on the stairs, outlet covers, indoor and outdoor toys) were SO appreciated. We loved how secluded the property was, having space for the kids to roam and shout and play, but we also had pretty easy proximity to North Conway and Storyland for activities. Highly recommend staying here!"

"Incredible stay at black bear lodge. Perfectly nestled in the trees, the lodge had everything you could need and was very clean. The bedrooms were well appointed and the living space with the log fires in the lounge and kitchen were dreamy. We had a wonderful stay and communication was excellent the entire time.
