"I checked in Mon 2/10 early and the woman at the front desk was the sweetest (I forget her name but shes the one I saw the most during my stay). The room was cute and very boutique and French Quarters. The location was the best bc it was within comfortable walking distance to everything. The whole staff was friendly. I felt safe due to the double door that needs a key card. The restaurant was pleasant as well.. Now, what was weird was the only trash can was in the bathroom so there wasn't...

"Very nice small hotel right on Royal St. staff is fantastic, especially Abby at the front desk. My only issue is don’t stay in room 101 it’s a 2 queen and is the only room ground level on Royal street and connected to the lobby. It is loud from 10am with street performers until forever and you can hear everyone come in the building and conversations of people walking past. It’s a famous building so tours stop outside your room all the time and you can hear everything. "

"Overall a good stay. All interactions with the staff were friendly and accommodating. The lobby and common areas were nice but the rooms could use a bit of an update/refresh. There was some noisy times of day, but to be expected in a downtown area. We enjoyed the connivence of taking the elevators right into the mall area, which has nice high end stores. Would recommend to anyone looking to be in a safe area still within walking distance to the heart of the French Quarter. "

"Hotel One11 is a great place to stay while enjoying the French Quarter and surrounding area. Rooms are well done and maintained, staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Location is next to trail/rail station so an increased level of noise but was not to a level that was disruptive to our stay. Easy walking distance into the Quarter and not a bad walk over to the National WW II museum. Looking forward to staying here again in the future. "
