This newly-renovated home is the perfect jumping-off point for your stay in Fruita. It takes seconds to walk downtown and enjoy all of the best shops and restaurants, or you can get right on the interstate to head out into the desert for some mountain biking! This home boasts 2 bedrooms (a king and 2 twin beds), 1.5 baths, a fully-stocked kitchen, and a beautiful fully fenced yard (perfect for your pups)! We also have a small out-building inside the yard for bike storage!

Awesome little spot!
This was a perfect place for a quick trip with our toddler and baby. The house was very clean with everything we needed. Great location just off the little downtown, easy access to Colorado National Monument and not too bad of a drive to Dinosaur National Monument. We'd definitely stay here again!

Great location, walking distance to restaurants and services. We were sent the wrong access code for check in so had to deal with that via text which was a delay getting in to the house as there is no easy way to speak with a human based on the booking service. Just text, voicemail and wait. There was a half eaten chicken in the fridge and overflowing trash in the back area. All were presented to the managing company and they apologized. House was great otherwise. Old 1950’s house with a remodel. Expect the old creeky floors and thin windows. Bring earplugs if you want to sleep in. Comfortable beds and back yard was great for our dogs.

Great house with large yard
This is a perfect house if you want to be within walking distance to all the great restaurants and shops in Fruita. The yard is very large and fenced in if you have a dog. I'll definitely stay here again.

quick weekend getaway to go mountain biking...
The place was fantastic, clean and decorated so cute and in a great location just a block away from the Main Street and great restaurants. The backyard has a nice table and we sat outside and enjoyed the music from the Fall Festival. The location is great and close to all the awesome mountain biking trails that Fruita has to offer. I will definitely be coming back and staying here again. The host made it very easy and no issues at all. Thanks again for allowing us to stay in your great little house, we truly loved it!

Quiet peaceful convenient house to yourself!
The home was just what we (Fido and I) needed. A large fenced yard, with a porch and even a doggie door option! Clean, inviting, updated, with an awesome shower, and super comfortable master bed and bedding. Very convenient to local shops, eateries, and Interstate connection. Thanks so much for hosting us!

Nice Place!
We chose this home because it was family friendly, dog friendly and close to the location of a wedding my daughter was in. It was very clean, everything worked and it was very close to downtown which was really nice. Would definitely recommend this property!

We enjoyed our stay — the house is well set up, just off Main St, and in a cute neighborhood, walking distance from everything you need and close to handy bike routes. The Property manager responded quickly to my wife’s request for help with items left behind. We are already plotting a return visit to this property!

The property was perfect!! We had 100% of everything we needed. Everything was clean and organized. It truly felt like a home away from home. Amy was amazing and VERY VERY responsive to all emails. The location of the house is ideal, you can walk to everything...grocery store, restaurants, gas station, bakery or just go for a walk. We hope to go back to Fruita soon and for sure before summer is over. We will 100% try to rent this home again. It was a perfect weekend for my husband and myself. Thank you for everythign Amy !!!

Great stay for family with two young kids and two dogs. Backyard was perfect and dog door was convenient for when we ventured out and they stayed home. Property walkable to coffee (across the street) and many restaurants and breweries within blocks.
