"Hotel is located one block away from Hakata train station. We had a large room with city veiw. The room was comfortable but, the beds were harder than we are used too in the US. Anyways, it has friendly and professional staff and excellent location with regard to train travel and shopping and dinning options. Excellent hotel!"

"Triple room. Comes with 3 with single bed. Room is spacious and can open luggage on the floor. There is public bath on reception level as well. Location is ok and will stay here again. "

"Great location with a connection to the subway underground. Nice lobby with very attentive staff. The only downside is the small bedrooms but that’s typical of Japanese hotels. I would definitely stay in Hotel Okura again."

"Nice hotel very close to Hakata station. The room was a good size by business hotel standards, with space around the bed for luggage, and the bed (semi-double) can sleep two comfortably. The onsen-style bath on the ground floor is a nice feature of the hotel. Plenty of good restaurants within 5-10 minute walk. "

"Located in very convenient place. Subway station, convenience stores etc. everything is close to the hotel. Guests can use big nice hotel spa. The breakfast was amazing. There are many kinds of food and the restaurant even offered morning wine ^^. I would come back to this hotel when I stay in Hakata for sure!"
