From the moment we walked up we were greeted warmly and the family did everything they could to ensure we had a lovely stay (e.g. helped us with the bus system, talked to us about travel ideas, etc.). "Anna the receptionist is super friendly. We had booked 3 nights. The view is spectacular but breakfast is lousy. The beds are very uncomfortable and we didn't sleep well for 2 nights. My husband has a bad back problem so we asked Anna if she could refund the 3rd night as we were not able to spend 1 more night. Her and the manager agreed to do that. "Fantastic value for money, the double room was more like a little apartment with a huge terrace, lots of space and great amenities. Breakfast is served on the terrCe with a wonderful view. Carmela and her husband are the sweetest most genuine and helpful hosts, such s pleasure to stay with in such a peaceful retreat on the busy Amalfi coast.
