"The check-in process was very bad and very time consuming. Also the emailed ACCESS code to the room was incorrect and I had to send a WHATSAPP communication to get the correct code. Should not be that tedious or difficult or time consuming to check in."

"La estadía en este lugar fue muy buena especialmente si vas a estar varios días , el apt es moderno muy limpio , las camas muy cómodas hay lavadora closets grandes cocina equipada , plancha y es bien espacioso buena vista , , se accede al lugar por medio de passwords en las puertas me pareció seguro , solo para mejorar los baños de subía un poco el agua a los lavamanos y ducha y como q salía un olor en uno de los baños , lo reportamos y fueron a revisar al otro día !! Y Mejoró , Otra cosa es...

"We have always stayed in this area when visiting Bogota. It just seems a little more dirty and unsafe. Could be just because we are older and the area seems more suitable for younger travelers looking to party. I do enjoy the life and street traffic in the area. More alive."

"The owner is really not good. They put formic acid and toxic chemicals on everything in the apartment (402),really everything.They still put them upstairs and downstairs,outside my windows and outside of my door.spray pesticide.everyday many times.They put them in water,feel like a lot. Not recommend."

"I tried a new apartment on the top floor. Loved the vaulted ceilings and balcony with rosemary growing. Did not love the skylights. If the bedroom had a door it would have been ok but much light entered in the morning. Otherwise, great stay and will return, just not to the 4th floor :) "
