"Amazing location, friendly service. Room was small but tidy and good enough for me. You get a fob to come in and out the time you want but the check in was confusing to me, I was expecting a reception but there was only a door and a intercom, and then another door, you have to call twice so they can let you in. The hotel is on the 2nd floor, so it’s confusing if you don’t know that. If they sent check-in instructions by email prior, I’ve never received it."

"The property is located in a prime location. I usually prefer to stay with Marriott to make sure I have a great stay, but I wish the service levels of this place were everywhere! The staff were so nice and helpful- they arranged car services, tours, dinners. Etc. and the owner was a great person, loved talking to him at breakfast!! Highly recommend staying here and I would do a quick trip to Paris, see the biggies and go back to Lyon and enjoy France!"

Our stay coincided with my girlfriend's 30th birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make the day special for her.
