Beachfront!!!
Lovely, relaxing, Casa De La Sirena, with a beautiful ocean view and only steps to the beach! Enjoy the peaceful blue and white décor with pops of color added for a fun vibe. Retreat on the large, sturdy swings under the shaded porch, sit at the picnic tables with loved ones while grilling and enjoying an outdoor dinner together or, lounge on the balcony, with a good book and frosty beverage.

Must be 25 to book, be fully responsible for the property, and must reside at the property, the entire stay. Not pet friendly.

You'll love getting cozy on the big, comfy, white sofa while watching a favorite movie or simply enjoying the beautiful ocean view. The dining area and big table is a great space for gathering with friends and family while playing games or, enjoying an indoor dinner together in the cool AC, after a sunny day on the beach.

With two bedrooms and two full baths, this beachfront vacation home will sleep 8, with the daybed, located off living area, twin ottoman sleeper and sleeper sofa.

Casa De La Sirena is located in Spanish Grant, which is close enough to town to get in as needed yet, far enough away to enjoy time away from it all.

-The West End Marina and Restaurant, a waterfront seafood house, is only 10.3 miles away where you can enjoy a wonderful meal or drink overlooking Galveston Bay.
-Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn Waterpark are 6.5 miles away.
-8.8 miles to The Historic Pleasure Pier amusement park.

Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

Great Time
My wife and I stayed 4 days and loved it! The weather was hot, but we are already planning on coming again when it’s cooler. The house was conveniently located. You could walk just a short ways to the beach and the Seawall was not far of a drive. Out of the hustle of town, but still close!

The Mermaid House!
This was our 6th time to bring the grand-daughters to the Mermaid House and we had a great time again! The house is clean and comfortable, and right on the beach. We'll be back next year.

Wonderful stay at the beach house. It is small packs a punch in terms of comfortable beds, overall decor and beach access. The location is one of the best on the island was proximity to a carless beach but also to in town, Galveston and wonderful restaurants nearby. Property manager is very responsive with questions. The only thing that is missing for this house is a first floor outdoor shower that is so very useful for proper rinse off from the beach. You will need to bring your own beach towels and beach gear.

We loved the house and the location right on the beach! House was decorated beautifully. We could have had a million dollar view from all the windows facing the gulf! But…the windows were so dirty and apparently the seals were broken on lots of the panes so condensation was in lots of the panes. It appeared we were looking through a fog out the windows. Very disappointing. I bought windex and paper towels and cleaned windows inside and outside which improved them some! Also needs to be stated there are no closets in either bedroom.

Perfect little gem!
This was such a perfect little spot for my Mother, my Aunt, and I. We just wanted a quiet place to get away for a bit, and we fell in love with this place. From the stunning sunrises and sunsets, to the quiet neighborhood and amazing beachfront, we could absolutely just unplug, relax, and enjoy the moment. In the evenings, we enjoyed the comfy cozy living room watching movies or reading. The kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed to fix some easy dinners and breakfasts. I highly recommend sitting on the deck late at night and watching the stars!! So beautiful!!

Perfect Location!
Just steps away from the beach, and a GREAT view off the balcony. We had a fabulous time and hope to come back again. The place was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We had an amazing time on the beach, in town, and just relaxing in the house or on the deck or on the swings/hammock. Quick word to the wise, just be careful of the cement floor by the hammock. There is a slight lip that can trip you up.

Grandsons first beach visit!
Ages 3 and 5 ...grandsons loved the beach. Casa de la Serina is perfectly situated for walk out beach! It was just just HOT .... you need to be off beach by noon....lol enjoyed!

Great place to stay!
We loved the house! The location is quiet and the views are great. It is alao very clean. Be prepared to not have many channels to watch if you enjoy a little TV, but you will most likely spend most of your time on the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

Hamptons on the Gulf
Very beautiful, the sound of the ocean and the waves. The views are amazing and this time of the first we had over cast days which gave the appearance of beach in the Hamptons . Then sun came out and most glorious days . This house was awesome, the owners design & furniture very peaceful, just right for a quiet romantic getaway . Wife wanted to make offer😂.

Very pleasant and beachfront. Great place for sun lovers. I would've preferred a little more coverage on the porch area maybe half of it pergola. Small clothes hanging area in laundry room. Other than that, very cute, clean, nicely decorated. Hostess very accommodating.

Lovely Property
This was our third time to stay at Casa DeLa Sirena. We love how clean it always is and the decor is perfect. Had a problem with the door not shutting. Called management and they sent someone to fix it within 15 minutes. The master bedroom mattress is ready for replacement. Need tall chairs for deck to see over the rail. Will still definitely stay again. It’s become our home away from home.

Nice place right on gulf within 100 yards of ocean. There is a street in front of house but it’s a dead end with only 6-8 houses. The beach is public but lots a room so your not elbow to elbow.

Great Getaway!
My husband, our 13 year old daughter and I stayed for 4 nights and we loved this place. Short walk to the beach and very quiet neighborhood. Clean and nicely decorated and supplied everything but the food. Beds were comfortable and one night we had my brother and sister-in-law stay with us and they really enjoyed it, as well. Give it a try and you won't regret it! Exceeded our expectations - thank you for the stay! my brother and sister-in-law

Perfect Location!
House was as pictured in the listing, perfect location to the beach with it being just steps away. Older kids could go back and forth from beach to house at their leisure. Kitchen is small, not much room for food storage, but we made do just fine. This house fit our family very comfortably. We will be back!!!

The property was very nice and clean, though it was a little smaller than anticipated. We had trouble finding the 8th place to sleep, and in the end didn't end up using it. The location on the beach was great and the views were wonderful. Overall, a nice stay and a great location.

Beachfront at sunset
The best thing about the property is sitting on the deck at dusk staring at the gulf. Everything was as described on the listing . The place was clean, the decor beachy and cozy, the beds very comfortable. The property is so close to the beach, sitting on the deck is almost as good as the sitting on the beach. The negatives: no shaded outdoor seating except under the house, no outdoor dining table, except under the house, and awkward height Adirondack deck chairs that let you look at the deck railing and block the view of the gulf. The houses on either side of us had the higher version of Adirondack chairs that let you see the gulf. Lastly, there are no beach access paths in Spanish grant so people living/renting behind us would just walk through the yard of our rental to get to the beach. Seemed odd but didn’t bother us that much.
